Horrible service.... Living in Cortland, there's not too many choices to get fast food. The service especially drive thru is ridiculously slow. Today was over 15 minutes inside. People from drive thru were coming in complaining of waiting in the drive thru. The people that run the front seem miserable....no smiles....no acknowledging that your standing there.....totally disappointing. And, this isn't the first time. If I didn't like their coffee, I wouldn't bother going there. Another time I was in the drive thru...waiting....waiting....waiting. I finally went in side to see if it was any faster. Told the manager......her excuse was the register being down. Ok.....is there not another one that can be used temporarily? Poor management!

This McDonalds has to be the WORLD'S WORST in making you "pull up" to wait for your food. As my family likes Mcdonald's food we frequent this business more than we should. I asked why they make you pull up. The answer that I got was that they were timed from the time the order is taken until the time the vehicle leaves the window. If they meet the deadline, they get a bonus. IN MY OPINION, they should not get a bonus. The times are not accurate if the customers are not actually getting their food! We end up getting angry with them and boycott them for 5-6 months and then try again but, invariably, it is always the same drill. Another experience we had was we went for breakfast (that ends at 10:30am), stood in line at 10:25 until someone else got their food. Got to the register at 10:29, according to their clock, asked if breakfast was still being served. Cashier looked at the clock, waited 30 seconds for it to hit 10:30 and said no. UNBELIEVABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCALLED FOR!
