I hired this company to install gutters and Leaf Shelter brand gutter covers on my garage. After installing the gutters, they informed me that the Leaf Shelter could not be installed on my garage. They then assured me that they had another product that would work just as well. I reluctantly agreed to have the other product installed. The product they installed actually formed a shallow trough over the gutter which collected maple seeds to the extent that water couldn't get into the gutter. I have Leaf Shelter gutter covers on my house, and they have essentially no maple seeds on them. I wrote Mr. Schultz a letter including pictures of the product he installed and the Leaf Shelters on my house, and requested that he remove the covers he installed and install Leaf Shelter. He made a few lame excuses and hung up on me. I have since purchased Leaf Shelter on EBay and installed them myself on my garage. They went on with no problem. It took me, with no experience, about 4 hours to remove the useless covers and install 100 feet of Leaf Shelter. Was this a bait and switch?
