Pending Lawsuit

Al Hutchinson sold my wife a $12,000 vehicle with known powertrain damage. The vehicle had NOT been serviced and safety checked as advertised. That's fraud. The vehicle is dismantled in my shop awaiting $4500 in parts.

Update October 2017: UNFORGIVEN

Still wishing I never purchased a vehicle from this TRUE car sales person and his company.



They placed an ad saying the vehicle was in perfect shape, low miles, NO ISSUES....SOLD..... sight unseen at high price because of "condition".....UGH



Motor blew up 300 miles later, that was two months ago.



Al has tried to blame a professional oil change company as the reason, then he lied and said I changed the oil pan.....But Al, if you sold a good running vehicle why would i have changed the oil in 300 miles after you serviced it? OR change an oil pan?? Stop lying to people, fix the issues you sell, stop ducking and dodging and blaming others for your inability to sell a good vehicle.

The vehicle we purchased wasn't in proper working order when we purchased it and we weren't told until AFTER we purchased it! Even though they already knew we were interested and planned to purchase it. The sales rep lied numerous times over the course of the weeks it took to fix the problem. Among other things, he didn't tell us there was only 1 key and fob! Apparently lying by omission is okay here-moral is GO ELSEWHERE!!
