Corvallis Manor Nursing Center is a more than 135-bed facility licensed to provide skilled nursing care and intermediate care levels. It assists more than 400 individuals and provides short-term, acute rehabilitative care services. Its interdisciplinary rehabilitation program encourages independence and group activities.
