Provided by YP.comThis mobile home park is conveniently located a short walk or bike ride to Oregon State University and is situated in a beautiful location near the Bald Hill trail system. The tenants are a mishmash of trailer park dwellers and some OSU students. The quality of each space is a gamble based on who your neighbors are. Unfortunately, the current park manager has been getting the reputation as sort of a slum lord who has little care about the quality of the park or its tenants. For example, old growth trees housing owls and other animal families have been randomly cut down throughout the park. Furthermore, park management is often not available, will enter spaces with no prior notification, and alter rented spaces with no regard to municipal codes or tenant input. Although the overall location of the park and quality of some of the tenants are of high quality, the lack of control over what occurs in ones own space and lack of support by park management makes living conditions unpredictable. I would recommend this park only to those who have little care with what occurs just outside their door.

Provided by YP.comThe rates are a little high for a place to park the RV with water, electric, sewage, and garbage, but the community of people is nice. Plus, being next to the fairgrounds is fun, and you can take a fairly quick walk or bicycle ride to campus or up to Bald Hill. People look out for you here. You aren't living in a high-end society, and yes, there are some run-down rigs here, but if your main concern is people, the management and your neighbors are very friendly. There is also a convenient store on the same lot as the mobile home park. People are respectful of quiet times, and it is never roudy here. I find that neighbors I've had for a very short time look after you, and they contribute to keeping the place as clean as can be expected. The willow trees are a bit messy come fall, and will drop leaves all over your truck and home/RV, but this beats the Fairgrounds RV park next door which drops acorns that can break your roof vents (talking from experience). The trees have recently been trimmed back so they will be less messy next year. Nice laundry, bathroom, and shower facilities, but bring your own quarters for laundry, because there isn't a change machine. Overall, it is a decent place to stay/live.
