Founded in 1979, Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care is an independent, nonprofit organization that offers end-of-life services in Benton, Linn, Lane, Lincoln and Polk counties in Oregon. It offers caregiver, spiritual and bereavement support services. The facility also provides individual counseling services to community members who are adjusting to death, loss and grief. Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care features a library that includes books and videos.
