Not Very Good

They always seem to be having server problems. I am really tired of not being able to check my email. However, they are always polite when writing you letters on why their service never works. They also increased the prices on certain connection speeds. Please don't waste your time with these guys.

traveling unable to receive email

Numerious times when I have traveled to work in Oklahoma and now here in Hawaii visiting relatives we can never get our email sent to our home in Swet Home, Oregon , I have even talked to your techs when in Okalhoma an it never works. We have had Peak for over 10 years and I am about ready to change servers ad the service is frustrating a very LOUSY to say the least.Marjorie Wilson

Great tech support

I was on the phone for almost two hrs with tech support and I tell you I never had such a good phone experience! the gentlemen walked me through everything and was super cool and never once made me feel like an idiot... It was overall the highlight of my very bad computer experience.

Apparently, they had me on a speed higher than I was supposed to get. When the mistake was corrected they could not bother to pick up the phone and discuss it with me. Instead I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why my computer was barely working. When I called to say that Charter could give me high speed for the same rate as their low speed and would they meet that price, I was referred to my phone company. What is the point of customer service if they can't do anything? Also, they did this on a weekend so I couldn't call the phone company. Really low class. As I said to Wes in customer service, "Do you know how angry I am? You have my phone number, you couldn't have picked up the phone and talked to me?" They just messed around with my computer speed with no concept of th

New Spam Filtering System « PEAK Internet

I cannot understand why my outgoing email was "caught" by your spam filter. It was a reply to a political candidate expressing encouragement. It seems that your spam filter is NOT allowing you to provide good service!
