I lived in the Fall Quarters apts and they really were not great. I have a better apartment now that's over $100 cheaper than they were charging. They also tried charging me $250 EXTRA after they used up the deposit for the smoke alarm which was "on the floor with no batteries in it." Too bad for them, I had pictures from the night we left and it shows the alarm intact on the wall. It took 2 lawyers to get them to drop the bogus charge. They were putting that on my credit, of which I have none. So thanks Sterling.

These people suck. Do not go to them if you are trying to rent your house out. They didn't charge us for 6 months while we where waiting to get renters... never sent us a bill nothing. Mind you this is our first time and a last resort we had to do. Then when we got renters on our first bill we received no rent because, Oh by the way we didn't charge you for six months so where going to know. Sorry! My ass. Then our back yard was over grown, we lived out of state, the charged us 400 dollars to get it cut. Anything that was over 200 dollars was supposed to be approved by us. Yeah right. Know they are trying to get us to pay the cleaning fee that should have been taken out of our renters deposit... just like every other prop. management does. But they are just money hungry.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!They are horrible.
