Valley used to have a restaurant in Corvallis and a smaller catering operation. Both were perfectly decent, but the food was, and remains, too rich. They seem to add butter to everything, or else sour cream, cream cheese, you get the idea. A little fat goes a long way, but Valley catering takes it to the max.
