Death trap for small children!!! Zero moderation - the parents come in and sit in the big comfy chairs with their laptops and e-books, and the staff is no where to be found - and the kids were going crazy. I have a two y/o and the place would have been perfect for her, but I was a nervous wreck with all the TEENAGAERS and big kids running around like crazy, not looking where they're going, doing flips over the inflatables, throwing balls at each other, and kicking at each other... there were two young kids crying in the corner with fat lips when we got there!! I refused to even stay the whole 90 minutes we paid for. They need to a.) open specific times for age groups, like 10-noon for preschoolers, noon-2 for older kids etc, OR b.) hire more staff to enforce the rules already in place!! I'm sure it would be fantastic to rent for a party, where only your own kids and friends would be present. But unless changes are made to operational procedure, I will not be taking my child there ever again.
