For the 2 years my kids were with Willamette Dental, we have always paid on time and always have insurance coverage.
But my daughter was sent back home for her cleaning appointment scheduled 3 - 4 pm on 10/10/2016 I mentioned to the staff that I have locked my card in my Safe during my long trip abroad and that I have UnitedHealthCare Plus plan and I could only find a scanned card info at work, please check if she could find dental service from there and let me know if that doesn’t works, that was around 2:58 pm.
12 minutes later my daughter called indicating she couldn’t get teeth cleaned due to insurance. I called back the office asking why they didn't call me back so I may pay cash or credit card, and I indeed by that time have found out my dental card was Signa? They couldn't give me a good explanation except rigidly stating my daughter is 18 now and can make a decision to reschedule. This is understandable if they can’t trust a long term customer with good records, and are not sensitive enough to avoid rejecting a youth just turning to 18 with no fault of her own.
The worse part upset me is the next. The office manager called me and tried to fix the complaint by telling me how long they searched for my insurance card information and how much they run out of time with only about 15 minutes left which was not long enough to work on my daughter for cleaning and checkups. I told her that the information she provided was false (either the staff member was lying or the manager was lying) because my daughter’s call to me was recorded at 3:10 pm in my phone system and that was when she was driving back, so I estimated my daughter left the office around 3:08, which means there were about 52 minutes left on her appointment.
Being unfriendly or rigid in rejecting my daughter for her appointment without asking me for options is not a big deal, but the lie or inaccurate information made me immediately withdrew my son and daughter from their services.

I've had excellent experiences with Willamette Dental group in Corvallis. I had quick responses to emergencies and excellent general care. After having spent time and money in three other practices in Corvallis, I am definitely happiest with the value and quality of care here.

If you hate going to the dentist, this place makes it 10x worse. You can't get an appointment within 6 months, the staff are inexperienced and change every time you visit. Not the best dental experience. I can only imagine Kaiser is worse.
