Dr. Tanner is an extremely gentle dentist. My young son did not even feel the shot when he was having a small cavity taken care of. The office staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is family friendly.

I had a terriable toothache, I had been to Dr.Kantz for cleaning before, he told me I had 8,000.00 dollars in dental work that needed done, I told him at the time I cannot afford that, so there for I never had the work done. when i went in for my toothache, he told me that over time the tooth had not gotten better and i had one of two choices, to pull it or to have a root canal i once again told him i could not afford a root canal , I had a cleanaing scheduled for 2 days later, and so he said instead of the cleaning we would pull the tooth on that day. I was in terriable pain from the toothache, as we all know this is one of the worst and most aggrevating pains people go through. Upon leaving they gave me a prescription for an antiabotic, I than asked them if they could do anything for the pain, or if the antiabiotic would ease it, the receptionsist than told me that it would take 2-3 days for it to work, I asked about a pain medicine or topical numbing agent, and they told me that unless i got the tooth pulled that day there was nothing they could do since I had not taken care of the issue before. I felt like they were very rude and impolite.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. The staff and the dentist were very friendly and excellent with our children. Dr. Krantz was excellent with our children. They made the experience about YOU! They were all excellent! I'll be going back and I hope they stay around for a long time!---L. Cox

I had the pleasure of being Dr. Krantz's patient when he was located in Louisville. He is a very kind, compassionate, gentle man (both a gentle man and a gentleman) with a sense of humor to boot. Unfortunately, he is now over 45 miles away. so I must find a new dentist. I miss him both as my dentist and as a person. Anyone thinking of using his services should not worry. You'll be in the best of hands.
