Provided by YP.comI have shopped at Advance Auto for some time now. In the past year, I have probably spent over $1000.00 in this store. Most of the time I am very satisfied by the services they offer. But there has been a couple of exceptions. I went back there to return some items that I no longer needed,(paint to be exact). I had lost the receipt, but they have it all on computer what you buy. This one person told me that they would have to give store credit for it not cash. That was ok, but he gave me an attitude, saying that maybe I put something in the paint and ruined it. This is a service business, it services us, the public. The old rule is: The customer is always right, no matter what. I don't believe the rule included,( give the customer a hassle about a return) in it.
