I had such a great experience at Radiance today. I have literally visited almost every hair salon in Coshocton in the past 4 years and Cassie at Radiance was the best hairdresser I have had in Coshocton. I have long hair with layers and she meticulously made sure the layers were trimmed, even, laid properly...I mean, she spent an hour. I am so happy with my haircut. Plus the place was buzzing with conversation, laughter, stories. It reminded me of the movie Steel Magnolias. Also, the owner of the place seems to really enjoy her staff, her clients, and her job which gives the place great energy. If you haven't given Radiance a try, it's a must.

I called to make an appointment for my neice and all I got was stupidity. A girl answered the phone and made me feel as though they were screening their clients. I finally hung up, however that is no way to have a business when someone wanted to go there. I wonder how many other clients they have lost due to the ignorance of their staff. I heard the beautican go..'well, who is it' like does that matter?! A salon like this wont last with staff like they have. I know the owner and have not yet gotten the opportunity to speak with her. She is a really nice lady, however when you have a bad staff it will ruin you!

they are so wonderful! i'm happy to have a place like this in our small town!
