I had a problem with my trailer brakes but it was in the middle of the summer and of course, they were swamped. Mark said all he had time for was to take a quick look at it--which I really appreciated because this was a serious safety issue.
Well--instead of just 'taking a look' he got in there, diagnosed the problem--which wasn't easy--and fixed it after having to do some complex rewiring!
My wife and I are SO GRATEFUL.
Thank you, Mark. You are the best RV repair shop I've ever been to.

What a great guy! Jumped right on helping us by telling us how we could fix our air conditioner leak on our own and then helped us do it. An absolute life saver! Thank you!!

Bob's RV sucks balls. I went there and got nothing resolved. North Beach RV by Ocean Shores is way more proficient and knowledgeable.
