This place sucks!!! They are so friendly when making a sale... but the minute they make there commission they dont care... Customer Service Department sucks they never return your phone call and when you do get a hold of someone they are a bunch of smartasses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not to mention before all of this with the service department... My husband had called to see if he qualified to buy a dirtbike took all his info said a sales rep would call him back once they ran all info. never called him back come to find out a month later... they ran his credit but never called him back cause im assuming he didnt qualify and didnt bother taking the time to call him because they werent going to make the sale so why waist there time!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have never gone to them!!!!!

Stopped in after visiting 4 places in Lake Forest Area. Great selection, good people to talk to. Parts department can order anything you need, It took me a little over an hour to decide and buy. Met service manager who was honest and reasonable about accessory installation times and is very easy to talk to. I will get all my equipment and service from these people. They will be in business for a long time to come.

I went to Champion on March 14, 2009. I purchased a Yamaha Zuma 125. Art put zero pressure on me to buy. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great price on it. I have never ridden before but he gave me pointers. He even did a demo ride for me.



Dave from the Finance dept was awesome. He again put no pressure on me to get the extended warranty and even offered to knock off about $250 on the warranty as well. I did take the warranty by the way. He also gave me pointers on riding since he races dirt bikes.



Overall very pleasant experience. Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I definetly recommend going there and checking the place out. Staff is great there.
