Provided by YPmobileI just sat down at Cheng's China Kitchen and had myself a hot bowl of Phoenix served with chicken and shrimp with a splash of bean sprouts, I was amazed at the texture of the rice noodles just cooked right and the broth is to die for, I give this restaurant a 5 star,5 being the best.
