Our experience with Electric Cart Warehouse has been horrible.

We had agreed to a trade of carts (trading our 6 seater Limo cart for a 4 seater) and purchased additional items. Long story short, when we received our 4 seater cart, electrical items were not set up right, new parts we paid for had used parts on there, the paint job was terrible, several items we paid for we never received, the VIN# on our new cart was removed (not sure if it was stolen!), the work was completely sloppy and most items had to be reserviced before we could use it. Needless to say, we did not get what was promised and several extra items we purchased, we never received. Electric Cart Warehouse owes us more than $1,000.00!!!

I tired contacting the original person we dealt with, the sales manager, and even the owner and no one would call me back to work this out. I disputed it on my credit card and they just lied! I am in the process of suiing them for what they owe us!

These People are Crooks! STAY AWAY! They took me for $3100. SOld me "New" products that didnt work and then Hang up on me when I try to call and get things resolved. Search around on Yelp,BBB,Rip off report! They are everywhere. The owner tries to add their own comments to make them look good. They are the same COmpany and LSV carts. Same Address, phone numbers and Owner David. Their business should be shut down for Stealing peoples money.

stay away david paige and jolene juse are scam artist do not give them any money or checks and ever expect to see a single dollar of it again!!!!! place is a chop shop for scrap parts and fake "new" deka batteries that have yet to hold a "good" charge for my neighbor ....

the used batteries are not even usable but still sells them to consumers tested the 2 i purchased 3 volts under what is considered a good battery

!!!do not buy any ford think parts!!!!!

98% of the time i have bought product i never saw my money returned for the scrap parts even though i called in over 1oxs and never got to the right person kept having to leave a message for " dave" or "jeff" if you do not get a answer,.... call your credit card company and make sure to read what you sign....

Great Place, love these guys, love the prices most of all and they got a pretty good selection of used and new electric vehicles so that makes things easy.

ARE YOU SERIOUSLY COMPLAINING ABOUT GETTING SOMETHING FOR FREE??? I am shocked at the few negative comments that I have read. I went to Electric Cart Wearhouse because they stand by every word. When Jeff told me that there is "nothing like new parts on a used vehicle", she was right. CarMax just replaced my front two tires (were making a grinding noise) I called Dave to ask a question about the small humming noise coming from the tires or brakes. He referred me to the Service dept who took it from there. What a smooth transition. Jeff (service consultant) never told me to "take a hike" like other dealers would have said. He checked out my cart and decided that I needed new tires. HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY SAY THAT Electric Cart Warehouse IS NOT THERE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER..? EVEN 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. STOP COMPLAINING, PEOPLE!!! ENJOY YOUR CART AND THE GREAT NAME THAT Electric Cart Warehouse HAS BUILT FOR THEMSELVES OVER THE YEARS AND YEARS THAT IT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS. Have a good day!

I am from Michigan, where there are no Electric Vehicle stores. I live in Overland Park, Ks and came to Electric Cart Warehouse on eBay after being referred by a colleague in Chicago. My salesperson "is" David Paige(I say "is" because I will not go to anyone else). I recommend Electric Cart Warehouse because of its integrity. Although every business grows steadily with its customers, Electric Cart Wearhouse cares about every standard. I recommend David Paige as the number one salesperson in Orange County California.

As the previous reviewer said, DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to be treated rudely, your phone calls ignored and you want to get totally ripped off. There are much better companies out there who actually care about their customers!
