I ordered a cake with whip cream and fresh strawberries which cost around $70, Once I cut into the cake had no whip cream and was strawberry preserve. I went back and received a $15 credit, (which after investigation should have been $30) towards my next cake purchase one month later. One month later for my sons birhday, I was promised the cake would be correct. It was wrong again, it had whip cream but no fresh strawberries and tasted horrible. After calling to discuss my situation the owner claimed it was "how they do it" they don't actually put in FRESH strawberries. They put it in a reserve and use it over a few days. What part of fresh strawberries don't you understand. I called Great Dane cakes in HB and the lady confirmed that they use fresh strawberries and buy them daily. I will never use Frenchs again. They ended up being rude and un appologetic.
