the store was great had everything i needed and the employees were very helpful and knew their products.

Great Place really helped me. This was my first nursing uniform and they made it simple and easy. They had excellent service and I will go back again and again. The best part was they knew there products which was the best for my needs. Don't miss out on this wonderful place. I would recommend them hands down.

My mom ordered a lift chair for my father. The store garanteed it would take a week to ten days to receive. After 2 weeks and four days I called. The person assisting me told me the chair came but it was damaged and that they ordered a new chair and should be here in a week. The store told me that I can pick up the damaged chair and use it until the new chair comes in. I asked the lady if they can deilver the damage chair for me and she said no. I told them I had no way of getting the damaged chair, so we have to wait the extra week for the new chair to be delivered. I called a week later and the store told me they have not received the chair yet and will call when it comes in. I waited three more days, then called. The chair is still not there. I asked the employee assisting me on the phone is she could get status of the progress of our chair but she said "No" and will call me when the chair gets there.

Two days later my brother called in the AM and asked about my parents chair. The lady he spoke to said the chair was there but will not deliver the chair until the next day. The motto of the store is The Store with a Heart. I think they forgot to add Money to the end of that sentence. The employees were friendly and helpful but once the chair was paid all the HEART left when we walked out that door.
