They are just the sweetest women and VERY talented. The other reviewer seemed to be giving them one star based off a difference in color of flower which seems kinda silly. My experience has been nothing but wonderful they have gone way above and beyond what I expected. If you need beautiful flowers I highly recommend using them.

Merci Bouquet was unhelpful in helping me decide on my wedding flowers, when flowers were chosen and details decided everything came out wrong. I showed up to my wedding to find the flowers I had chosen were not there and the florist brought a completely different colored flower than the one she originally showed me. There were several details regarding my bouquet and my attendant?s bouquets that were wrong. The florists never called to tell me the colors were incorrect or offer a solution; instead she told me it was my fault the colors were wrong because I didn?t do enough research. ? I am not a florist. I would not recommend this company for weddings, it was very obvious they cared nothing about my wedding or the details of my wedding and still after it was done blamed their faults on me not investigating. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
