My fit foods is the greatest thing for Individuals that have busy lifestyle with work, and taking care of family. My father had a stroke and I am assisting to care for him after work, I go and see him every evening. I was eating whatever, I could when I got hungry and always on the go. Now, I have my food at work so I can eat dinner at 6:00pm before I leave the office to go care for him instead of eating at 9:00pm, when I got home, which was causing me to put on some pounds!!

There is nothing that is not pleasing to the palate. I love that all the meals are very tasteful meals with less calorie intake and so very fresh and healthy.

I will be on my 3rd week this Sunday and I have already lost a few pounds, I have had more energy and feel so much healthier. The cost is the same as if I would go out to eat, pick up or buy groceries to cook meals. Very reasonable prices.

The staff at the Costa Mesa store are always so very helpful and I enjoy getting my phone calls that my food is ready for pick-up...Yum Yum.
