Provided by YP.comMy wife and I have been looking to purchase a new vehicle for over a year, simply because we weren't in a rush. It took that long to narrow it down to the car we wanted, which was a Honda CR-V
We ended up buying from Auto Nation Honda in Costa Mesa, because the dealership was local (3 miles from our home); The GM didn't waste my time haggling over price, because we had done our homework; and the sales team was professional and attentive to details, relevant to the car buying experience.
We were pre-approved from our credit bank, which this dealership was partnered with, so this made the purchase experience all that better and something I would encourage all to do. Meaning get pre-approved before purchasing a vehicle from any dealership.
We spent a little bit more than I had planned on, because we purchased the only CR-V SE AWD (Special Edition All Wheel Drive) model they had on the lot, that just happened to be in a color we liked.
So what more can I or my wife say, but that we were quite pleased with the GM, Uday our sales guy, as well as with the fellow handling our paperwork. We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours, which made our day...

Provided by YP.comI dropped off my car for a standard oil change. Jason, service advisor, called me a few hours later to tell me I needed a brake service. He stated that I had 0.1 mm of wear left on the brake pads. He stated that they were dangerously low and was very persistent in having me authorize the service.
I declined since I didn't have the money. When I picked up the car, I noticed that I had
over 4.0 mm remaining and they did not need to be replaced. These brakes would have lasted for another few years.
I don't mind paying for repairs that are needed. I also don't mind paying for preventive maintenance. But I have a problem with someone lying and trying to cheat me for a service that isn't required.
Please take your business elsewhere for servicing your Honda...
