I really liked this company. They squeezed us in there schedule to help with our emergency at our office complex. Even got a follow up call the next day to for quality control. They are now top of the list.

Quick response. Friendly phone staff. Experienced plumber. I will rely on them in future.

Reliable Rooter came out and fixed my mainline clog in about 30 miniute. Friendly staff, and they came when they said they would. Great service all around! Relaible Rooter will be the first call in the future.



Rescue Rooter was the first plumber I called to fix the clogged mainline they quouted me $3000.00 to replace the mainline should take about 2 days. They said the clog was full of tree roots and they couldn't get through it. I asked them if they used there snake with a saw blade and they told me yes we tried that, LIARS. They tried to sell me by using there camera to see the clog, sales gimmick! CROOKES!!!!!!!!!!!

Called about a possible leak due to work I did the previous day. Jon arrived within two hours, as promised. His diagnosis was simply a "knocking pipe", due to heat expansion. I may have loosened it. He could have sold me hours of work, ripping into walls, etc - but didn't.



A bit pricey ($99), but maybe that's the cost of priority service? My bad, I didn't ask.

I called the office and got an appointment the next day. Robert did a great job, solved my problem, and offered advice on another plumbing problem. He was very honest, upfront, and went beyond my expectations for the service. He left everything clean and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

These guys were great. They replaced my toilet flange. Robert gave me a quote up front, explained everything clearly, and did the work for a fair price. They were genuine guys and didn't try to sell me on any extra contracts or services. I will defintely be using these guys again and would highly recommend them.

I recommend Reliable Rooter & Plumbing. Over the past five years I have used close to a dozen contractors including two other plumbers. These contractors have often left me disappointed in a lot of areas (the professionalism of the office staff and the contractor, the lack of care taken to prevent damaging my property while fixing something else, inflated prices). I don't consider myself hard to please, but I do expect someone to do a better job on a project than I could have done myself. I choose Reliable based on the other ratings I saw on this site. I was not disappointed. Tammy the person who answered the phone (and who I later learned is co-owner) was great in letting me know the estimated costs for various types of work. John the technician arrived on time. John located the problem and advised me of the cost prior to starting the work. I felt John took the time required to do the job right. John did not seem irritated at me watching him work and he took the time to answer my questions as he went. John cleaned everything up at the end of the job. I feel confident in the quality of the work. If by chance something did go wrong I feel I could call Reliable up and they would back their work. Thx to the other reviewers I found a good plumber. Hopefully my experience helps you the same way.

As usual our main line clogs on a Saturday night at dinner time. Called these guys and they were over within a hour as promised!!! Robert the tech was extremely nice and professional. He got the job done in about 20 minutes. He offered some great advice about using Root Kill right away to help finish off the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Robert as well:))

I called with an emergency. Office staff stated the the visit to estimate was 59.00 but if we had them do the job the money would go towards the job. I was told they would come out ready and able to do the job. After the estimate I had to pay them 59.00 and they were not able to start the job for several days. I would have not hired them to come and do the estimate if they could not start the job. Waste of my time and money. Robert was very rude when he realized he was not getting the job also!

I had a leak on my downstairs bathroom ceiling and needed someone quick. Based on the reviews on this website, I decided to call this company. Tammy, the person answering the phone, was very nice, friendly, personable and schedule someone to come the day of. She was also able to keep me informed of the plumber's time so that I would not be kept waiting. The plumber, Scott Miller, was cordial, clean. He even took his shoes off when he entered the house without me asking. We found the cause and solved it in no time and no mess was left behind. Price wise, I do not know how their rates compared to other companies, however, I was very satisified by their professionalism, quality of work, and speed of work.

Today was my first time having to contact a plumber and I am so thankful that I came across "Reliable Rooter/Plumbing" on yellowpages.com. The previous reviews were very helpful and proved to be true. The lady who answered my call was very cordial and she quickly sent out two plumbers to fix the problem. These plumbers were professional and honest. You will not be disappointed with this family-owned company. Thanks Reliable Rooter!!!

Office person was nice and helpful.

Plumber was pleasant and went right to work. Job was completed in 40 minutes. He even cleaned up around his work area. I will use them again.

The plumber was on time, neat appearance and completed the work promptly. Good to see an american doing honest work with pride and professionalism. Good job.

For the average homeowner not really understanding plumbing, I was thankful for the honesty these guys showed to let me know that I really did not need to replace my whole sewer line as the "other plumbing company" told me. They were able to fix our problem in under two hours. Big difference!
