Provided by YP.comI had a roadside assistance company called Fortegra Experience More refer me to Rubino's tow for my 2005 Mini Cooper. He came off to me like he had no idea what he was doing. He started to lift my car and my friend and I heard a loud pop, so he lowered it back down and put blocks under it to get more height. I had no idea how extensive the damage was until my mechanic looked at it. I thought it was just the bumper, which is a much cheaper to fix. I had just gotten my car serviced by the dealership and a private mechanic and there was no issue with the radiator. He cracked the radiator, which is over $1,000 to fix and he is only willing to pay $300 of it, which is totally unacceptable. He also has no insurance for if something like this happens. When I called him to discuss the damage he tried denying he had even towed my car and then once established I had the invoice he then proceeded to blame the mechanics who helped get it down. He doesn't want to own up to his mistakes and he will not respond to me or call me back. Please do not use his company to tow your car! He is unprofessional and inexperienced. Look on yelp for a good company or use AAA. They know what they are doing.
