Provided by YP.comVictor has been to my house a couple of times on my warranty for my refrigerator! He is the best possible technition I have ever had. He makes sure the job is perfectly done. He Keeps everything neat and clean as he goes! What a talented gentleman. On a scale of 1-10, he is definitely a 10! Thank you Sears for providing this quality of service!

Provided by YP.comUltimately, the service was excellent and the treadmill is performing better and quieter than new. This is tempered a bit by a 2 week delay in ordering new parts and a one week delay when Sears cancelled the service call at the last minute. In spite of this, I am very satisfied with the service itself and less so with the way it was handled by Sears.

The service man was not only timely, but he took the time to show and demonstrate issues to us that should have been done at installation. such was very informative and went beyond expectations. Received a notification reminder call the day before service and when serviceman was on his way.

Provided by YP.comrepairman very nice and knowledgable. Wish the book for my dryer would indicate that it is normal for the cycle light to blink, it would have saved me a repair call and bill. Repairman said many people make this same mistake and think there is something wrong with their dryer and call for unnecessary repair. Please make this clear in the maintenance book. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comService tech Phuong was efficient and thorough, and worked very rapidly; he clearly understood the inner workings of our Whirlpool dishwasher very well. Phuong took time to educate me on the importance of regularly using machine cleaner and disinfectant, which I had not been doing. Very professional but very nice. Everything works perfectly now. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comNot good. Contractor came out, didn't even look at the refrigerator and tried to sell me a warranty. After nearly begging him to take a look at the refrigerator, he kept increasing the fees to complete standard maintenance. He finally consented, then calls me back in 5 minutes stating he's completed the maintenance, do I want to buy the warranty. Unbelievable! I will call someone else. Vet your contractors better Sears!

Provided by YP.comMy LG Washer holds water/cleaning liquid inside the dispenser after was. Sears service person changed a washer for total price of $240 & told me he tested the washer afterwards to make sure this problem no longer exists. After he left, I washed my clothes only to find the same problem.

Provided by YP.comI just experienced the worst rip-off by Sears Appliance Repair Service. The Sears technician came out as scheduled to diagnose my problem and gave me a quote of $363 to replace the freezer fan for my Kenmore refrigerator. I told him that the price was high so he said he would give me a discount. He finished the whole job in approximately 30 minutes. He then told me that he would give me a $30 discount so the final price came out to $333. I signed the invoice but I was not happy. When I looked at the cost breakdown on the invoice, the labor cost was $267.50 for a job that took 30 minutes!! So basically the hourly labor rate was $500+! If this is the standard rate that Sears Repair charge for this kind of service, then I can see why the company is struggling to be in business. I will never use Sears Repair Service again. Not only that, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Sears Appliance Repair Service. I don't mind overpaying a little but this is well beyond that!!!

Provided by YP.comRepairman has been out twice now and has to come back in a week to finish the repair. It was not diagnosed right the first time, then had to order a basic part and next appointment was 8 days later. Unacceptable!

Provided by YP.comTechnician was very knowledgeable and performed the annual preventative maintenance of water softener without identifying any problems requiring additional servicing. Job well done!

I hate the washing machine. They can't adjust the water level.
Water just barely covers clothes. Brand new and it stinks.
Sears will not do anything about it. I did not realize I had a problem
till after the 30 day warranty. Can't look in washer to check water level because after a certain amount of time, the lid locks. I never thought of looking until I started getting an allergy reaction on my back. Very poor product being sold by Sears. Technician even said they get called out often for this problem and they can't do anything about it cause the washer senses the load. Well it's not sensing very well. DON'T ever buy a water sensing washer from Sears.
