Provided by YP.comAVOID AT ALL COST!!! The office is a complete ripoff. My daughter was to have a dental implant done after a very traumatic injury. The office verified insurance with my insurance company, even quoting supervisors name in an email. Then over ONE YEAR LATER when my daughter was going to have the final work done, at 10pm the night before via EMAIL I was told I owed 5600.00 or my daughter could not have the work done. That they were having "trouble" billing. Not once in 13 months was I notified. Not until the night before. In addition, I lost 1400.00 in my FSA account because I could not pay them 5600.00 with 24 hours notice. I am a cancer patient in treatment and on chemotherapy weekly. They also wanted 5600.00 for ONE TOOTH, far more than any other office i have ever seen advertised anywhere.
My daughter is a teenager and now has no tooth because I lost my FSA money as a direct result of this offices' incompetency. The billing manager is DEMANDING the money immediately even though I just found out about it.
Way to go SUKUT dental take advantage of a single mother with cancer, and deflate the hopes of a teenager for whom self image is everything.
GO ANYWHERE BESIDES HERE

Provided by YP.comI have had a tough time finding a good dentist that doesn't just see my teeth as an opportunity. Dr. Karly took the time to explain what they saw and then explain several options. It was a wonderful dental experience.

Provided by YP.comI've been a patient @ Sukut Dental going on 7 yr and let me tell you I was scared of the dentist. Then I step foot into Sukut dental for the first time you know what, that fear left me, from the minute I walked into the door the girls @ the front was so understanding of my fear and then when I went to the Back it was the same ,one of the Assistants even ask if I need to hold her hand while i was getting worked on. They made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained all that was happen to me in the chair. and let me tell you the work they do" I am Smiling all the time now" I could'nt be happier with Dr Sukut, He's Daughter Dr Karly and their staff It's like one big family there.So if you have A fear like I did give them a try It's life Changing........

Provided by YP.comSince moving here from the south, I have never found a dental office that I liked. Either I liked the front office and kinda liked the dentist or visa versa. But I found a place a Sukut dental that I feel right at home. I don't feel like they are trying to make "money" on my mouth! From the front office to the dental chair, I love Sukut dental.

Provided by YP.comI was a patient of Sukut for several years. In the beginning he did a good job. But then things turned bad. For example, one time they worked on the wrong tooth. Another time they tried to "save" a tooth and ended up deforming my gums so badly it cost me $5000 to fix the problem. Another time he grinded down one of my teeth to match another tooth, which isn't necessarily a bad thing to do, but I should have been consulted first. Then he did an implant for my wife that, to this day, still bothers her. On top of that, he tried to bill us for twice as much money as he originally quoted.

Provided by YP.comI had been a patient of Sukut Dental for over 2 years. They provided the basic services such as cleanings, cavity fillings, etc. Nearly each and every bill I received from them was far TOO high. My cleanings which my whole life I had never been charged for, they tried to charge me $105!! The statement showed one line item for a cleaning and the charge. When asked to send a detailed invoice, none of their front office "geniuses" could pull it up. It took 3 calls and 60 minutes of my time to get it. Once I did, each "service" they tried to bill me far was a joke. $35 for a consulting fee?? Yes, they wanted me to pay for them to tell me the proper way to brush. $30 for mouth wash. After they cleaned my mouth and it was full of polish, they charged me $30 for the liquid to wash it out!! Also, another amount that was completly removed because the service was never completed!
They even made a mistake on another claim that took them over 2 years to finally bring up to the patient. End result, telling the patient that "due to our inability to properly charge your insurance, we will need you to pay"
This was the last time I gave them an opportunity to try and work me over. I do not recommend them and highly suggest finding another dentist and pass on these guys fast!
I want to sincerely apologize for these billing errors on behalf of Sukut Dental. This patient's frustration is warranted and as an a fellow consumer and patient I absolutely understand where he is coming from. We have strived hard to correct these issues associated with our accounting and believe we would never want poor accounting practices to come between us and our patients. Our ultimate goal is to provide technically advanced and high quality dental care. We have since this posting overhauled our entire accounting department to create a consistent environment for our patients. We are an open door and appreciate and welcome any feedback from our patients. Please consult with the doctors directly if you have any concerns with any staff members at Sukut Dental. Thank You.
