I have had several watch batteries put in here and some minor jewelry repair. The staff has always been polite and batteries are installed while you wait for under $10. Always have had great service there.

I just love the place . They were so friendly and very helpful . They really know there stuff . My Jewerly was fixed to perfection like brand new . They also cleaned and polished it . I highly recommend cotati Jewlers for all of your Jewerly needs . I have been taking my Jewerly there for ten years I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Cotati Jewelers has been in our neighborhood for almost 20 years. And I have only heard wonderful things about them. I asked the owner about some of the reviews. She has had over 36 THOUSAND CUSTOMERS and is the top rated jeweler in Sonoma County. Considering that she has an excellent reputation and does fantastic work.

I've been going to Cotati Jewelers for years for gifts, repairs and watch batteries. Patty's prices are good and I always feel like family with her staff. Playing with Butch and Bear (the store mascots) is always the high point of any visit to Patty's.

LOVE this place! It's a cute little shop ran by two poodles and the nicest family. They are super knowledgeable and very helpful (the family, not the poodles.) I will definitely go back anytime I need jewelry. (and yes.... it is a need, not a want.)

I found the gals at Cotati Jewelers to be friendly and knowledgeable while I was trying to decide how to handle an inherited ring with a lot of sentimental value to me. It was the ring that my dad proposed to my mom with, but when they divorced, it was returned to my grandmother as it was originally my great grandmother's. I wanted to restore it to the original beauty with a diamond as it had been replaced with a cz over the years. The band was very vintage looking, so they helped me pick out an estate hand cut diamond for a deeply discounted price that matched perfectly. With the resizing and prong work that was needed, I still managed to work with them to stay in my budget due to the estate prices they offer. It took a week turnaround for the work I had done, which I thought was fair for a small business. They were communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. They told me I could come in for free ring cleanings (even on other rings). It's a great locally owned business that I am proud to support in my neighborhood.

This place makes me love Cotati. I not only got my ring fixed but learned the whole history of the town. Patty owns the place and we ended up talking with her about Cotati politics foe what seemed like a while. The shop is really cute and brings you back to a time of beige pink along the walls, posh furniture, gramophones, and miniature poddles running around. Their jewelery selection is limited but very classic.They can also order you anything you want. I have resized a few rings and fixed some costume jewelery. Very nice place with a lot of charm.

When I purchased a memorial necklace from Cotati Jewelers I appreciated the excellent service and sensitivity that I received. Even though this was not an expensive item, the staff was attentive and showed me several items. I will be a repeat customer.

Had an amazing experience when I went to get my girlfriends ring fixed. Great people, and great service. This is my jeweler for now on. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

My Favorite (Now Only) Jewelry Store

I love this store! They are super friendly and the poodles are great! The selection is amazing from the new pieces to the wonderfully priced estate pieces! It's the only place I go for my jewelry needs. Also I have sold gold to them and have gone around the area to other place that buy gold and they always offer the best price.

It pays to stay local! I got engaged on a Friday night and took my ring in to have it sized Saturday morning. I told Stephanie my story and how much it meant to me to have my ring back as soon as possible. She told me sizing is usually a week but they would try and get it to me faster. I got a call THAT AFTERNOON and they even let me pick it up after they were closed. The personal attention is priceless and I will always be grateful that I had my ring back so fast to show to the world!!

Haha I love this place. They have a ton of estate jewlery. The owner really knows jewelry. It actually is a busy store. I have read other reviews about owner being short. I think it's rather funny and enduring. Even so she has a lot to choose from and great prices. Her helper Amy who actually works the counter is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can not go there to often or I would starve. To many pretties to choose from ;-)
