Provided by YP.comIn my late 40's, overweight and new to the whole "gym " thing! The lady that signed me up was really nice, made me feel way less stressed about working out and set me up with a free personal training session to help me start and even some beginners aqua classes, all of which I am loving. They had lots of plans and I paid way less then I thought it would cost when I looked around at all of the things they have to offer! Its great to see people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels working out there and to never feel judged. Every one there (staff included) feel like "real" people.
