Our company is very dependent on technology to better serve our customers. Our computer network is top-of-the-line, but nothing would matter if when a computer or network problem challenges us we could not resolve that quickly to avoid downtime and customer satisfaction issues. Glitchbusters and Jake are always there for us.

Before posting this review, I had been repeatedly requesting Jake to provide me with a means to give him a review. Jake is humble and does not think he made that much difference on our business. But I tell you that it made all the difference. In the past, I used to look for the big names in IT and Computer Network companies. Having an MBA in Technology Management, I had the opportunity to meet the big and the better on that field. However, I was also able to find out that the big names are big because of their capable employees. Well, Jake is not better them those capable employees I had the opportunity to meet, he is also someone that feels the pain along with his customers and treats each issue, big or small, with the same care and professionalism. I highly, highly recommend Jake and Glitchbusters. You cannot go wrong by choosing this company for your IT, Network, and computer solutions.
