I had to get a pain medicine prescriptions multiple times in the last 2 years from Walgreens in cotati ca. and rohnert park Ca. and each time I had to go back many times before getting my pain medicine prescriptions from a local doctor, each time it took at least 3 or 4 visits over many days, They say that they have a discrepancy in the scrip and have to call the doctor, after that its on to next reason for making you come back later and then tell you to check back the next day, even when its the same refill same day each month, employees have zero empathy about your suffering from not getting your medicine and having to wait even longer, my neighbors and I will no longer give our money to this uncaring company !! Don't waste your time going to any wallgreens because they don't like pain med. scrips and will treat you like a second class citizen.
