I just called on an accounting issue and here was my experience. I explained to the person on the phone that my account to due to a bill from a hospital and my injury was a workman's comp issue and therefore the city I work for will be paying it. I asked he put a note on the account to reflect that and he refused. He replied by saying this was my responsibility and it was only $26.00. He continued by saying I should get the city to pay for it. I told him that they already knew about it and they issue checks once a month and I could make them write checks. I explained I was trying to work within the system to prevent any issues on my credit on something that wasn't my responsibility. He said "if you're credit was so important, then you'll just pay the money."

This guys attitude was such that now I don't want to pay and don't ever care if they get their money. This guy needs fired.
