this particular store gets such a bad rating because the store manager Crystal treats her employees like dirt, doesn't care about customer service, and constantly yells at and belittles her employees, not in private but right in front of customers, the ONLY way to improve my rating is for Crystal to be removed from not only managment but employment from the heartland foods corperation
