A good deal more for a good deal less! (Yes, I know that's Dock 86's slogan, but fooey on them!) It is my favorite place to hang out, get coffee, snacks, breakfast, etc. Sometimes I'll sit in their leather chairs and read the paper, or sit outside on nice days and enjoy the weather. Either way, it's a comfortable atmosphere.



The only drawback: Their fireplace doesn't work. Which really stinks in the wintertime, when there's snow on the ground, and you're cold. Although, it IS a coffee place, so you CAN just buy a hot drink, and chill in front of the faux fireplace, and imagine there's a blazing fire behind the glass.



Aromas? I can no longer smell, as an unfortunate result of an accident I was in in late May of 2007, but from before that, I remember this Caribou always smelling warm and inviting. The all-wood decór helps, I think.



And that's another thing: Their all wood decór. It makes the store feel less like a store than a cabin. And all the employees know my name. ^_^



Used to, I could go in, and if there were any bulbs that were out, I would get up on the ladder and replace them in exchange for a free drink. No longer, though...
