The consistent poor customer service I have received here has caused me to take my business and eye care elsewhere. Poor follow-through on promises and huge lack of follow-up when necessary. Am not pleased and will never do business with again after having been a patient and customer for over 2 years.

My daughter had tried many times with tremendous frustration to wear contact lens.Then we found Dr. Cole.....Dr. Cole took extra time and patience to teach my daughter to use contacts. My daughter did not get frustrated due to Dr. Cole's easy manner and kindness. WE had to see him a few times but his gentle manner really helped my daughter.I'm happy to report she wears them now and she hit a double in her softball game. She can see the ball!Thanks so much Dr. Trent Cole.
