Everything about this place tastes amazing, but that red card doesn't hit the spot. I'm trying to find the policy page or somewhere that explains the policy for this place. I want to know if the red card says specifically, "Buy 11 drinks, and the 12th is on us (excludes 32 oz)." I tried to use my filled card, and it worked to an extent. However, I didn't know that they had a policy in place where you still have to pay to get something for free. Today, on March 20th, 2023, at 5:45 PM, I got a 24 oz Oreo frappe, extra sweet with extra Oreo, and I was charged $2.50 because the red card supposedly takes $5 off a drink. Since I paid, do I still get a stamp for paying? I guess not. The cards are lies. The taste of the actual drink is heaven.
