Absolutely horrible

45 minutes we waited to get our food. (a $30 breakfast for two adults and one child) After checking with the waitstaff on our order, we waited an additional 15 minutes to finally get our food. It was Mother's Day. The place was packed. There were hordes of employees there, but no manager. On Mother's Day. I expressed my dissatisfaction, requested a partial refund, but no one had the authority to do anything about it. No apologies, no recognition of bad service, nothing. They took down my name and number for the manager to call; he didn't. Did I mention it was Mother's Day? (I'm a mother) Yes, it was busy, A conscientious apology would have gone a long way and salvaged the experience. There was none of this. How can a reputable business not staff a manager on one of the busiest weekends of the year? I think this is rather telling. It set the tone for the entire rest of the day. Mother's Day.
