A body shop referred me to this company to replace my windshield. I was given a price by a female at this company and followed up the next day to schedule an appointment.I spoke with James and he started talking about other leaks and sun roof (I don't have a sunroof and my car had already been diagnosed by an appraiser from my insurance company and the shop that recommended this place. He would not listen to me that it had been diagnosed and I just wanted a replacement windshield-he continued talking about these other "leaks". I asked if he wasn't going to insure his work as I didn't understand all his talk about non diagnosed leaks when he had not even seen the car. He started yelling and said he didn't want the job. Called later to find out the person who gave me the quote was not suppose to at all, she was an accounts receivable clerk! Used Lawrence glass as it was recommended by Volvo and it was substantially cheaper than the accounts receivable clerk quote. I was lucky these jerks did not want my business.
