We took a vacation with a rented RV to Sedona the last weekend of October. We realized that sightseeing in the RV was not a good idea (even though it was a small RV) and decided to rent a small vehicle. I had a very nice young man pick me up from the campgrounds and on the way to the office he asked why we were in Sedona, had we ever been there before, etc. He gave me several recommendations of places to check out, approximately how far away they were and was overall a wonderful young man! He even told me where grocery stores and Walmart was in case i needed anything. when I got to the office, Aimee helped with the reservation. She also gave me quite a list of places to check out and helped me save money by letting me know to keep my receipt from Montezuma's Castle to use for entry at Tuzigoot. She had plenty of knowledge of the area and was SOOO helpful! Everyone I came into contact with was wonderful and extremely helpful! I would definitely rent from here again if the need were to arise!

Bad customer service from the start. Then a second clerk took great care in making up for it. But it felt too late. Obvious lack of customer service training. See Anthony for great service or go to the sedona location.
