While my wife and son were vacationing in Arizona, my son ended up in Valle Verde Hospital for 2 weeks.

Because of this my wife spent her birthday in Cottonwood, AZ, far from home.

I contacted Shiloh at Flower Unlimited and had a dozen red roses sent to her via the hospital.

I am pleased to report that I received the most glowing report about her flowers! She tells me that they are the largest and most brilliant red roses that she has ever had.



A big THANK YOU to Shiloh and Flowers Unlimited for brightening my dear wife's birthday. WELL DONE!!

I've never been so disappointed in a small business. My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, and they were dead and droopy the very next day. The girl at the desk originally offered to replace them (score!) telling me that sometimes this happens with flowers. The owner called back and left the rudest and most unprofessional message I've ever received (and in my line of work, there are a lot of angry people) telling me that "I should have watered my flowers" and ended it with "Sorry!" in a sing-song voice. When I went back to the store, I was basically laughed at by the 2 employees for "not watering my flowers" (overnight?). The owner did not care about my concerns regarding the customer service.

Flowers Unlimited clearly does not need or want your business, and I suggest you take it elsewhere.
