As fresh as possible, ingredients of your choice, and ready to take home and put in the oven. The dough is raw, made fresh daily, and the sauce is not "fake", but true natural flavor. Coming from Atlanta, we never had pizzas that you could take home, and put in the oven when you were ready to eat. That's a great feature as it comes out of "YOUR" home oven, hot and ready to serve. It does stay hot, and not get cold, as happens kin most places that serve you in their restaurants. Generally the first slice is very good, and then the rest cools down and the flavor is lost. At P/M, the service is very good, and you can order ahead and the pizza is ready to go when you come in to pick it up. A definite "try and enjoy", if you haven't had the P/M experience!
