Everything they do is done poorly - if at all. Communication among staff is a joke causing unimaginable problems, Getting medication without interruption has been impossible. Covered services can take years to receive, if at all. If I file any complaints, they retaliate. Nobody takes responsibility for ANYTHING and blame all problems on others and most often on me, as if my complaints about the horrible services are the reason the services are so poor. I've often been told to 'go with the flow'. If ! did, I would be dead. Any time I ask my doctor about my treatment, she says it's not her job. When I tell her that makes me more uncomfortable, she says to complain elsewhere/that's not her job etc... and that I'm in the way of treatment. Really??? Showing up 7 minutes late for a 'walk in' appointment, in crisis, resulted in my doctor coming out and bitching at me about being late and how socially unacceptable it was rather than using the time to help me. Upon questioning her, she stated that I have no business telling her how to spend her time. Some ego she has. NOTHING comes freely. I'd rate it lower if possible as their treatment worsened my condition rather than help it. Shame on them.

Provided by YP.comThis review is ONLY for the sake of other patients. Spectrum’s careless attitude about healthcare or the office manager Debi Pomeroy and Jessie Peters’ Mal practices can cause other patients death. Debi Pomeroy had been warned 2 times politely & firmly to manage her doctors to refill patients critical prescriptions on time. I could indeed die in matter of seconds when I had chest pain due to lack of Plavix which was refused to be refilled for a long time. I went to see Jesse Peters, she rudely admitted that my chest pain was due to lack of Plavix which is needed to be discussed before each refill. She had my recent test results showing LDL is higher than before. She could still be mean to claim, it is MUST to discuss in each refill for a medicine I use all my life? Does this make sense?
I hope this warning & official written claim to Norco will be enough for these 2 irresponsible and unprofessional people to be removed from their positions before they cause death of other patients.

Provided by YP.comUnbelievably helpful to my family member who was struggling for a long time before coming in to Spectrum! So compassionate from the first appointment, to meeting the case manager, the doctor was kind and very helpful, and the entire staff is so warm and kind. I could not imagine my family member getting care anywhere else!
