Provided by YPmobileGladly took me on as new patient for billing purposes. Refused to then handle my basic home medication leaving me without my prescriptions for meds I need and am not supposed to stop cold turkey. Deceived me into a useless 5 minute visit for which she charged $107. and still left me without my script.
