They have exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my 1st experience with a smart phone. I come in now and then for help with navigation. They have treated me with the upmost respect, showing them my concerns, and every time they handle it til problems are solved.

Unfortunately, dealing with Verizon is never easy. This exceeded my worst expectations with misquotes on phone price, service price and delivery date. This was made even worse by no attempt to rectify the problem or even recognition that they had recreated the problem. And what are our alternatives; we are just customers......
