Don't expect a call back and especially NOT within 48 hours as the application states.Very unprofessional in my book. MAYBE 3-4 days but not 13! 9 business days! !!Maybe the property owner can afford an empty house but I would want my rental to be rented asap! I realize they might be busy but seriously get with the program! A property rental company should be on top of their game in this economy.After waiting 7 days with no reply or answers from knox, I found a great place and moved in while they were still 'working'on applications.. HA! It is true when people say;it'll work out! Just don't expect great results or care from knox.
