My experience with Kevin was 10/10. My RV was having some unusual problems in the middle of a road trip with no clear cause. I went to 3 other mechanics, and no one was able to figure out what was wrong or fix our problems. Kevin located the source of our problems right away, bought parts, and fixed everything up in only a matter of hours. I was shocked by how knowledgeable he was compared to everyone else I worked with. I will forever be grateful for Kevin, as my friends and I would not have been able to complete our trip if it wasn’t for him. He was also extremely professional and friendly, turning our bad situation into a positive experience.

Due to the fact that when I had to my tires rotated and the shop didn't tighten up lugs on my passenger side rear tire we sheered off 6 of 8 lugs. We limped into the cottonwood scales townig a 37ft 5th wheel. After calling around for 2 hours a trucker recommend nor-cal fleet service. I talked to Allen and explained my problem. He was there in 20 minutes he had to go back to town for some parts and to press new lugs into the hub and had us back on the road. Allen was professional polite and knew what he was doing.
