Very disappointed with the treatment we received from Jen Silverman. She disappeared two weeks before closing, leaving me to deal directly with the sellers agent. She then sent an additional bill in addition to the percentage she was due to our attorney that was not part of any agreement. Never even thanked us for using Exit Realty. Very unprofessional.
