I bought a white Hyundai SUV a year ago. three days after I bought it, it starting making a noise. I took it back numerous times, and they denied any problem. I had it to 6+ mechanics who stated there was a problem; including 3 certified Hyundai dealerships. It was under a 12,000 mile warranty. I spent over $1,000 to replace tires and other small issues in the first 6 months of owning. Finally, it was diagnosed with a transmission issue. I had been speaking with Joe Kightlinger, who argued with me about the diagnosis. After becoming disgusted with the service crew, manager and owner, I traded it. Since then, I have heard numerous other complaints about this dealership and others with the same experience. I DO NOT recommend them.

I must say that my experience with Kighlinger Chevrolet was the best dealership experience I've had in over 20 years. I placed my vehicle on Auto Trader where I was quoted the value of my vehicle. Kightlinger Motors did not try to lower the value quoted by Auto Trader, and even drove me home after the transaction. The staff was friendly and tried their best to get me in and out without delay. I highly recommend them and in the future will not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them should I need one.
