This is the worst....no customer respect.Appliance repair is the worst also,and that's if you buy there ,if not well it is not pretty the way you are treated.Oh and they do UPS also but charge $3.00 if you drop something off for UPS.....and they do not get charged by UPS for the pick-up,they are just stealing your money! The front of the store seems more on point ....but the back of the store is totally worthless.It is like ( do you have any of these? yeah back there ,or nope don't have it and they never even look) It is a shame ,this kind of service will be the death of mom and pop store. Hell I can get abused at Wal-Mart and pay way less !!!!

Wagner Ace has improved dramatically in the last few years. The prices are competitive with the big boxes and the service is excellent.
