My son and I met with the Omak Branch Manager with concerns about my son's banking activities. The woman was unprepared, unknowledgeable, and unwilling to help us resolve the issue. In my opinion, she was unprofessional. I would advise everyone to avoid the Omak Branch of Coulee Dam Federal Credit Union.
